We have light winds and a hazy sky this morning here in Mun Gyeong. Conditions are looking good for a task and the transports are all on their way to takeoff.
As soon as we have news of a task it will be posted here. Work is continuing to try to get Live Tracking working during the day - keep watching.
Ok it seems that the problems are solved, the flow of info is finally coming as usual.
Here are some videos of the arrival
and the registration and ceremony
We hope you enjoy watching.
Today the wind was still too strong, and even the planned flight of the evening was cancelled due to strong gusts still coming over the back.
Stay tuned tomorrow, there should be some epic flights in this beautyfull region.
Event 2 of the 2011 Paragliding World Cup is under way in Mun Gyeong, Korea. Registration was completed last night and we are ready for the competition to begin.
The opening ceremony was held in a hotel here in Mun Gyeong and was well attended. It is worth noting that one of our speakers was the Korean Minister for Trade - Mr Jong Hoon Kim - who is also a paraglider pilot when time allows.
I just tryed to import automatically a batch of photos from Ulric's and Chris's past registration process but it seems that something went quite wrong.
