Our Statutes Clause 12 say that we have to proceed to re election of one third of the Board officers every year.
This year the members who are stepping down are :
Steve and Luis Miguel can be re-elected if they wish, while Bruce already withdrew.
New applicants are kindly requested to send 10 days before the General Assembly
together with their candidacy a short presentation paper
with their background and motivation.
The procedure is fixed by our Statutes, The first 3 applicants having an absolute
majority will be elected.
If this is not the case we will start new rounds among the applicants not having an
absolute majority to reach the 3 necessary board members.
